AcornVac® Vacuum Plumbing Systems Featured in MCAA Smart Solutions

AcornVac® Vacuum Plumbing Systems are featured in an article in the Summer 2023 Edition of MCAA’s publicationSmart Solutions.

The project was an office renovation at 400 Westlake in Seattle, Washington. The renovation would preserve the building and had a focus on sustainability. Holaday-Parks, Mechanical and Plumbing Engineer on the project, chose AcornVac vacuum plumbing systems primarily because of their water saving potential, since AcornVac’s toilets require less than .5 gallons of water per flush.

Jennifer Schneider, the Holaday-Parks project manager for 400 Westlake, said AcornVac provided excellent support in installing the vacuum plumbing system. “I would recommend working with AcornVac because they were helpful and engaged in the design and all the way through startup and commissioning,” she said.
